Job Description:
 AMI Healthcare is seeking a Project Manager for a new hospital project in the United Arab Emirates. The hospital is going currently through the design and planning stage and construction will be commence soon anticipating completion of the hospital by Fall 2010.
The project manager must have a background as Chief Executive of a 300 bed hospital with experience of a construction project for a new hospital or expansion of a similar size. He/she will be based in Abu Dhabi and liaise with the consulting and planning teams as well as with construction firm and owner. 
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate, with a degree in Hospital Management and Operation, FACHE preferred. In addition the candidate must have document management of such a project, construction experience and activation experience.
The position offers potentially tax free salary, free furnished housing and transport, generous leave and other fringe benefits.

The Project Engineer must have a background and experience with construction of hospitals of a 300+ bed hospital  He/she will be based in Abu Dhabi and liaise with the consulting and planning teams as well as with construction firm and owner and oversee the implementation of the project design. 
The qualified candidate will be degreed with a PE. Eight (8) years of experience in hospital project designs is required.
